This is to inform you that the decision on invalidation to "Registration No. 5933440" registered by EISAN Co., Ltd was issued by the Japan Patent Office (“JPO”) on December 11, 2019.  In the decision, our claim against the similar trademark "Registration No. 5933440" to the trademark "Dr. + BK" have been used in the products of JTC Co., Ltd., was accepted.

Based on this decision, we will continue to take necessary measures regarding trademark rights and other intellectual property rights.
